BizLawTop provides strategic legal solutions for startups under the domain BizLawTop.digital. These Terms govern your use of our offerings, including services, information products, and goods.

1. Services

Services encompass advisory sessions, contract drafting, compliance reviews, and other strategic legal activities tailored for startup ventures. All service engagements require a formal agreement and payment in advance.

2. Information Products

Information products include digital guides, templates, webinars, and similar materials designed to support startup legal strategies. Access to these materials is granted upon full payment and may be subject to licensing terms.

3. Goods

Goods refer to printed manuals, branded materials, and other tangible items offered by BizLawTop. Shipping and handling charges may apply.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

If you cancel a service at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date, you may choose a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost. Refunds are processed within 14 days of cancellation via the original method of payment. Certain custom workshops and personalized strategy sessions are non-refundable once materials have been prepared, due to the allocation of dedicated attorney resources.

4.2 Information Products

Digital materials are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Refunds are issued within 14 days of approval.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition for a full refund of the item cost. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the client unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

5. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule any service up to 24 hours before the original appointment. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.

6. Modifications to Terms

BizLawTop may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on BizLawTop.digital. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
